Blueberry Bead is run by Josie Slaughter, a mixed Mi'kmaq and English/German settler from Listuguj First Nation. Josie is a part-time beader and full-time law student at the Schulich school of law. Blueberry Bead is one-woman run out of Halifax, Nova Scotia.
